In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bom188" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to bom188, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bom188.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
• "Member" / "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who has successfully registered an account on the bom188 platform and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

• "Bonus Balance" — promotional funds credited by bom188 that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total aggregate bet amount that must be placed by a Member before Bonus Balance funds may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process required by bom188 before processing a Member's first withdrawal or upon request at any time.
• "IDR" / "Rp" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of the bom188 platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform communications, schedules, and deadlines.

Use of the bom188 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation on bom188 is strictly enforced through KYC verification. Misrepresentation of age constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any national or international sanctions list, anti-money laundering watchlist, or have been convicted of a gambling-related offence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bom188, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or a pseudonym, is strictly prohibited.

bom188 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you have independently verified that accessing this Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.

To access the full features of the bom188 platform, you must register an Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or equivalent government-issued identity document.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid email address that you exclusively control.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name, for security verification purposes.
• A secure password of your own choosing, meeting the Platform's minimum complexity requirements.
• Your preferred Indonesian bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Danamon) or e-wallet identifier (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) for deposit and withdrawal processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all Account information and must update your profile promptly if any details change. bom188 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason, or to close a registered Account if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

bom188 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraud, underage gambling, and money laundering. To this end, all Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed, and at any time thereafter upon bom188's reasonable request.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP, passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Age: Confirmed via the identity document above. Your date of birth must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions on the Platform.

bom188 aims to complete KYC reviews within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). In cases requiring additional review, processing may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is s uccessfully completed.

All financial transactions on the bom188 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made by Members:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although bom188 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for deposits exceeding Rp 50,000,000 in a single transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned or confiscated at bom188's discretion.
• Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. bom188 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated to Members upon request or through the Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit originated, except where bom188 has expressly approved an alternative method following KYC review.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may extend to 24 hours during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• bom188 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether the Member has previously completed the standard verification process.
• Withdrawals from Bonus Balance funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

bom188 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are credited to a Member's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be transferred to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, a standard wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies to all promotional credits.
• During wagering, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports selection using Bonus Balance funds is Rp 100,000, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual offer terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire 7 days after credit unless an alternative expiry period is stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotions page.
• bom188 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Members who have already accepted a bonus will be notified of any material changes.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting wagering loopholes, or coordinating with other Members to guarantee bonus profits — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and potential permanent account closure.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bom188 platform, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and other markets), live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-payout slot games), and all other game types offered on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. bom188 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in circumstances where bom188 exercises its right to void a bet under these Terms.
• bom188 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Affected Members will be notified, and the staked amount will be returned to their Real Money Balance.
• In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, the settlement rules published under the specific sport's rules section will apply. Where no specific rule applies, bom188's trading team decision shall be final.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections are voided, the parlay will be recalculated with the remaining valid selections at their stated odds.
• The minimum bet amount across all products is Rp 1,000. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• bom188 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual and slot games. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio environments and are subject to the game supplier's published rules.
• The Platform's record of all bets, transactions, and game outcomes constitutes the definitive record in any dispute. In the event of a discrepancy between a Member's own records and the Platform's records, the Platform's records shall prevail.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bom188 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, for any purpose including bonus exploitation.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the Platform in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or agreed-upon sports bet combinations.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through any method not consistent with normal recreational play, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bom188 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigations of suspected financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the deposited funds. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through available legal remedies.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or other technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Members who discover such errors are expected to report them to support immediately.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and improving platform performance.
• bom188 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bom188, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any failure or delay in Platform performance caused by circumstances beyond bom188's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, bank system downtime, government actions, or natural disasters (force majeure events).
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used to determine the outcome of sporting events or other real-world events used as the basis for bets.
• Any financial losses arising from your gaming activity on the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and Members participate entirely at their own discretion and financial risk.

bom188's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bom188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Extended Account inactivity — Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10,000, which will be deducted from the Account Balance until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the Account.

Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balance funds are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

bom188 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Member's registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance before the effective date.

The date at which these Terms were most recently updated is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which bom188 operates.

In the event of a dispute between bom188 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through bom188's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal means within 30 days, either party may escalate to formal arbitration proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits bom188's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms, particularly in cases of fraud, prohibited conduct, or intellectual property infringement.
